A notorious flasher has been caught on camera for the first time - after walking through a GRAVEYARD naked from the waist down.
The serial exposer has been spotted roaming a main road three times by the same woman - who has now captured footage and turned it over to police.
Officers are now appealing for information on the identity of the suspect who has been terrifying woman with his perverted antics.
Mum-of-four Sadie Ellicott spotted the flasher over the weekend as he took his latest walk along a busy main road in the city.
Sadie, 32, of Exeter, Devon, said the "creepy" man always looks at her to make sure she has spotted him.
He vanished by the time police arrived - but quick-thinking Sadie managed to record footage on her mobile phone as he made his getaway.
Sadie said: "There's something very strange about him.
"He's very creepy and he looks back at you to make sure you are looking.
"I was just a bit creeped out but other ladies walking on their own could be very scared by him."
Sadie, who saw the man in Cowick Street, Exeter, wearing nothing except a black hooded jacket, is now warning other women to be on their guard.
She was on her way home from the EX4 nightclub in nearby Fore Street, where she works as a bartender, when the incident happened shortly before 3am on Saturday, June 4.
The man emerged from the churchyard at adjacent St Thomas Church and walked along Cowick Street before turning into the alleyway beside Goa Spice Premier.
Sadie said: "The first time I saw him, on Saturday, May 14, I thought he was a drunk person.
"Then I saw him again in the same place at about the same time the following week, so I reported it to the police.
"Now this is the third time I've seen him. I want to get the word out to warn other ladies who walk home on their own.
"I just want him to be caught."
Inspector Rob Curtis of Devon and Cornwall Police said officers arrived at the scene about 10 minutes after they were called and searched the area to no avail.
He said: "We are currently investigating these reports," he said.
"The message to any women who see someone exposing himself is to think of their personal safety first rather than trying to help identify the suspect."
Sadie described the man as white, in his late 30s or early 40s, clean shaven, with dark hair and of medium to stocky build.
Call police on 101 with any information.
